Dine on two courses for £28 or three courses for £33, with starters including chilled Isle of Wight tomato soup with farm basil and tomato on toast, pressed Conwy lamb belly with samphire and farm herbs, or Essex yellow pea hummus. Main plates feature crispy organic Norfolk chicken thighs with farm herb relish, Northern Pasta Co. radiatori with organic seed farm pesto and Lincolnshire Poacher, or a leek & shallot tart with farm cavolo nero. Finish with indulgent desserts such as Kentish plum cobbler with farm thyme ice cream, bread & butter pudding with chia ice cream, or a butterscotch tart with Kentish gooseberries.
