Aged Beef Smash Burger, Red Leicester, Tomato, Pickles

Chilled Jasmine Rice Pudding, Salted Caramel, Caramelised Nuts, Seeds

Our farm achieves a yield equivalent to 1.1 acres of traditional farmland, demonstrating a more sustainable and space-efficient approach to urban agriculture.
