Ease into the evening at The Orangery TCR, where our Farm Aperitivo brings a fresh perspective to after-work drinks. From 4pm to 6pm, settle into the golden hours with a carefully crafted cocktail and a complimentary farm snack, served alongside the rhythm of our indoor harvest.

Inspired by ingredients grown on-site, our cocktails are created in house using fresh herbs, house-made cordials and thoughtful infusions. Each reflects the season, paired with a rotating selection of complimentary snacks to enjoy alongside.

Amaretto & Sage Sour Spritz

A sweet blend of smooth toasted almond liqueur, a sprig of fresh aromatic sage from the Orangery farm and finished with bubbly prosecco in a polished wine glass with ice for a nutty, botanical taste.

Espresso Martini 

A creamy cocktail made with vodka, sweetened coffee liqueur, shaken with a freshly poured shot of espresso, then strained carefully into a martini glass and garnished with 3 coffee beans for a luxurious drink.

Parsley Farm Collins

This alcohol-free twist on the traditional Tom Collins cocktail is made with fresh parsley picked from our on-site farm, with Everleaf Forest, a squeeze of lime, and a Yuzu Soda. The result is a refreshing alternative to alcoholic cocktails with just as much depth and character.
