Introducing The Orangery Farm
The Orangery Farm is the West End’s first indoor hydroponic farm. Built in partnership with Square Mile Farms, it uses vertical growing methods to cultivate plants in nutrient-rich water under LED lights.
Our indoor farm produces the same amount of herbs and greens as over an acre of traditional farmland, supplying fresh ingredients for our seasonal menus. Younger members of the family can see where their food comes from, with herbs and greens growing on-site, making the visit fun and educational.
